Pricing questions
Do I need a card?
No. You get 1 credit at signup, enough for your first tailored resume, and no card is asked for. You only pay if you choose to buy a pack.
What if a generation fails?
A credit is taken only when an approved result is saved. If a generation fails on our side and does not produce a usable document, its credit comes back automatically.
Can I get a refund?
Because each generation is a digital service performed and delivered to you immediately, spent credits are non-refundable, except: (a) if a generation fails on our side and does not produce a usable document, the credit is refunded automatically; and (b) where a refund is required by law. As a courtesy, unused credit packs may be refunded within 14 days of purchase if you have not spent them, just contact support@landthejobai.com.
What exactly do 4 credits unlock?
Credits spent on one job add up, and the resume's own credit counts. Once 4 are spent there, for example on the resume, its cover letter, a mock interview and an outreach set, everything else on that job is free, including the upskill plan.
Do refinements cost credits?
No. Every resume and every cover letter includes 5 free refinements, so last minute tweaks never cost a credit. Switching templates is free too.
How do I pay?
Through Stripe checkout, one pack at a time. We do not store your card details. There is no subscription and nothing renews, and credits never expire.
Is my data safe?
Your background, job descriptions, and resumes are encrypted at the application layer before they're stored with additional database storage controls for derived data. See the privacy policy for AI provider processing and training defaults. You can export or delete your personal content from your account. Workspace owners can request verified deletion at support@landthejobai.com.
Is an AI second opinion included?
It may be, when that review completes. The job fit check is free. Neither is feedback from an employer or a human reviewer.
