Why this exists
My partner was applying to jobs tirelessly, night after night, and the process was so tedious and long that I started helping her. That help grew into this: a tool that tailors the whole application to each role, honestly, in minutes instead of hours. Watching her land interview after interview, and choose between multiple offers, I knew it couldn't stay ours alone. So I made it available to everyone.

Compare before confirming
Automated source comparisonIncluded for proposed changes
When you edit a saved resume, automated checks compare proposed wording with the retained source. Changes the comparison finds unsupported are withheld. Other concerns may appear only as warnings, and checks can miss mistakes. Review the complete proposal and its context before confirming changed wording.

Fair questions
Will it invent anything?
AI drafts can contain unsupported details, even after source checks. We compare wording with the background you provide; we do not independently verify your work history or credentials. Review every statement before using your documents.
Will employers know AI helped with my resume?
Possibly, and that is fine. Every draft is built from your own source material, checked against it, and edited and approved by you, which is the kind of AI assistance most hiring managers say they accept. Some AI models now add an invisible statistical mark to the text they produce. As of September 2026, no applicant tracking system or employer documents using such a mark to screen resumes, and the mark only shows that an AI was involved, not who wrote which words or whether they are true. We make no promise either way about detection. What gets resumes rejected is generic wording and claims you cannot back up, and preventing both is what this product is built around.
What does the score mean?
The score measures keyword coverage and placement in your resume for this listing. It does not verify factual accuracy or predict an employer ranking or hiring decision.
What does it cost after the free resume?
1 credit creates one deliverable, a tailored resume, a cover letter, a mock interview, an outreach set, or an upskill plan. Credits never expire. Once 4 credits are spent on one job, everything else on that job is free. Packs start at $5, bigger packs cost less per credit.
Can I control how it looks?
Yes, 14 recruiter-tested templates, and switching between them is free even after your resume is generated. New: Template Studio lets you build your own, toggle the structure, fonts, colors, margins, and spacing while your real resume re-renders live. You can preview the document and check its extracted text, and it's free for every signed-in user.
Is my data safe?
Your background, job descriptions, and resumes are encrypted at the application layer before they're stored with additional database storage controls for derived data. See the privacy policy for AI provider processing and training defaults. You can export or delete your personal content from your account. Workspace owners can request verified deletion at support@landthejobai.com.
What do I get for free?
Your first tailored resume, source comparison for proposed changes, complete-document review, keyword report, and download. Your job matches and a should-you-apply fit read on every role are also free. No credit card required.
What do I download?
A PDF or a Word file (.docx) of your resume, single column and parser safe, a .docx cover letter, and a zip with everything for one job. Switching templates is free after generation.
First resume free, no card. 1 credit = one deliverable: a tailored resume, a cover letter, a mock interview, an outreach set, or an upskill plan. 4 credits on one job unlock the rest. Credits never expire.
